Rates are per hour

effective from 1st January 2024

Rates are normally reviewed annually.

Shared use of the kitchen is normally included in the hire fee.    

You are responsible for setting up and clearing away. Chairs and tables are included in your hire.

25% uplift for all bookings on bank holidays

and between and including

Christmas Eve and New Years Day.

Damage Deposit of £250 if 5 hours or more)

Over running or damage will be charged for on all bookings.

Discounts may be available for regular bookings and village organisations.    

Prices based on facilities being left as they were found. Additional cleaning if required will be charged for.    If storage is required this may be possible and will be separately charged for.
